OUR PROGRAM​

At Little Stars Child Care, our program is influenced by the Reggio Emilia approach.  We believe that each child is a unique individual and must have some control over the direction of their learning.  Touching, moving, listening, seeing, and interaction with other children are all essential to their development.  Your childs creativity will be encouraged, and they will learn through play and creative experiences.  Our setting is beneficial to this type of learning.  Little Stars has a comfortable home-like feel with lots of natural light and a well-organized, stimulating space.  This environment helps to develop and grow your childs individuality. The outdoor area is large and natural and provides many opportunities for exploration and discovery.  In addition to plants, flowers, and trees, we have a vegetable garden where children can actively participate in the growing of food.
